1. Contact your healthcare provider to retrieve your medical records. This medical records can be sent directly or you can bring them in when you come in for your appointment. 2. Schedule an appointment to met with a qualified cannabis Doctor at our clinic. 3.During the assessment, the doctor will look through your medical records and register you to the Minnesota Cannabis Program through the state of Minnesota. 4. You will receive an email link from the state of Minnesota. Once you have received the email link, you will need to register online. 5. Once registration into the Minnesota Registry is completed, you will be receive an approval email. This email will contain the directions to all the Cannabis Patient Centers in Minnesota. 6. Decide which Cannabis Patient Centers you will like to visit. Call and make an appointment with the pharmacy at their dispensary to discuss your conditions and the products. 7. Complete the Patient Self Evaluation Form to receive more medical cannabis.
